Personality:
Despite being leader of his clan, Loki is not very boastful of his lineage; he believes that one's reputation must come from their own actions, not their birthrights. He is seen as cool and calm, and able to process any information he may receive, no matter how shocking or disappointing it may be. Loki often appears aloof and indifferent, and rarely shows any emotions other than slight annoyance or dissatisfaction. He thinks highly of himself and is cruel to others, though he is protective of his teammates. He cares little for others, and thinks that humans, while at times amusing, are merely mortal and ultimately expendable. With the ambition to walk the path of conquest, he desires to become stronger, even at the expense of others. He believes that struggle is the only way for survival. He reprimands Hiro for this constantly, and believe she himself is naive. Although Loki maintains a cool, uncaring exterior, the presence of his younger brother Hiro' constant will to never give up and protect his friends affecting the way he defines power, is proof of his growing compassion.

Loki is willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish his goal, even if it means lying to his followers and using people as bait for the outcome he desires. However, he has trouble putting those he is close to in harms way for the sake of his goal, which is a weakness as a commander but a remnant of his humanity and sanity. Gradually, however, he has come to embrace the fact that he has to destroy before reconstruction can occur. He views equality and justice as an evil that must be dispelled and encourages social battle to maintain evolution within society. At a very early age, it is clear that Loki displayed a desire to be different and set apart from others (as is hinted when he mentions that he likes his own name, because it sounds like the name of one who is the leader). Loki also showed an eminent fear of death, considering it a human weakness. He also has a small obsession for ice cream

Zanpakuto Spirit//

His Zanpaktou spirits name is Jisatsu Kingu(Suicide King), or Ji as Loki calls him from time to time. Ji is well old like grandfather age old for Loki anyways, he is a wise old man and enjoys playing cards with Loki and sometimes he will play Loki for advice when Loki needs it the most just to rather annoying him as it entertains him. Ji is also very wise about how he plays cards with Loki and what would be best for Loki if he should ask.

Inner World//
His inner Zanpaktou world is a very large poker room filled with smoke and large blackjack table in the center. There are also four large white marble pillers located around the table. The floor has a red carpet, and walls have several different paintings.

Shikai Abilities//
Shuffle: The blade separates into a cloud of playing cards which can be controlled by his will. (Note: This cloud of cards is like the cherry blossom petals Byakuya's Senbonzakura creates) with the exception that the hilt remains in Loki's hand. When sensing an attack the cards can be gathered up into a barrier or shield.

Cut: From the Shuffle state the cards re-gather at the hilt and reform the blade.

Waterfall: Blade extends into a ribbon of cards that can be used as a whip or rope for attacking grabbing or even attacking. (Note: this skill is like a sustained waterfall flourish with playing cards in which a player passes the cards through the air from one hand to the other in a way that seems to make them appear connected.)

52 Pick Up: The scattered cards from Shuffle or the zanpakto's release fill with energy and explode. At the end of this technique the blade has reformed on the zanpakto.

# Of a kind: Allows Loki to create two to five copies of himself(made from the cards and they are weaker than him.) that are using the same technique (ex: they are all using Shuffle, Waterfall, Cut, Straight, or Flush) though the copies can act independently of one another.

Two Pair: Loki creates four copies of himself two using one technique and two using another (ex: Two use Shuffle, Two use Waterfall; Two use Waterfall, Two use Cut; etc)

Full House: Similar to the Two Pair technique except that this technique is a two-three ratio instead of a two-two ratio

Straight: Beginning with the first attack after this techniques activation each succeeding attack is double the strength of its predecessor for up to 5 total attacks (ex: if the first attack were a 2 the scenario would be 2, 4, 8, 16, 32; if the first attack were a 3 the attack would be 3, 6, 12, 24, 48; etc. All of this attack power occurs regardless of the strength with which the successive attacks are thrown; even a tap with the blade on a successive hit will do the appropriate damage.

Flush: Once activated this skill causes the blade begins to glow a dark red, and as it moves it has four following after images. These images are actually successive hits and cause each hit to be treated as five total strikes. The glowing of the blade represents that it has become energy and can cut through most solid objects easily. This technique can be activated in conjunction with either the Waterfall or Shuffle techniques giving those skills the additional characteristics of Flush.

Straight Flush: This technique actually combines the effects of Straight and Flush such that the blade is glowing and has after images (as with Flush) but also for a series of five attacks the attacks increase in power, but now it is by a factor of 5 (ex: if the first attack were a 2 the scenario would be 2, 20, 200, 2000, 20000). This technique suffers the weakness that if the opening attack is too strong the force of the impact will throw Loki backwards, and that it can only generate power that Loki could physically achieve with his shikai. Because of this he often begins this technique with a small cutting attack that eventually becomes a massively powerful attack by the final hit.

Bankai Abilities//
In the first stage of his Bankai Loki is dressed in robes (minus the crown) that are identical to his Zanpakto's spirit form (just as Ichigo's Bankai clothing matches Zangetsu's inner spirit).

He also has a series of card ribbons winding down his arms and legs. These ribbons are often used as extensions of his limbs (for attacks or increased height). Similar ribbons wind around his waist then up from a hip (crossing one another) to the opposing shoulder leading off of it in a high arch and coming on the back and resting on the hip.

This forms power is high and all of the same techniques are available to him that are available to the Shikai, but with increased power and control. For example: he apparently no longer requires the command words for the basic techniques, though saying them seems to give greater strength to them. He does sacrifice some speed and agility but the ribbons surrounding him help to make up for this by moving automatically and expanding to defend against attacks.

Second Stage
The Second Stage of Loki's Bankai is activated by uttering the command "All In, Leave Nothing Behind" once spoken the ribbons expand and connect with one another forming a spherical shell around him. This shell then retracts and becomes a golden armor around him. Take note that when his Shinigami side is active the armor is golden but when his Hollow side has control it is a dark purple.

In this form his speed increases to almost immeasurable levels. This form also renders him relatively invulnerable to any kind of slashing attacks, though concussive force may still knock him back. He is able to use the skills he used in his other state but now the Waterfall ribbons can come from anywhere on his body and though initially his blade doesn't appear he can summon it to his hand from within the cards. His face is generally hidden with this skin on, but he can retract the cover on his face if he chooses to do so. He can also become the cloud of cards in order to move more effectively and avoid harm while not being able to attack.

Final Stage
The Final Stage of Loki's Bankai is activated by the command phrase "Lay down the Winning Hand!" While both personalities are one.
In this form half of his armor is golden (with part of his robe as seen in his first stage) while the other half is turned into a dark purple (while still retaining parts of the robe), but when both side are fused as one half of the armor is golden while the other half is a dark purple (see pic below). Cards seem to swirl about him in an orbit. This form has both incredible strength and speed. He can call upon a cloud of cards form seemingly nowhere while still holding onto his full blade and in this same way he can also construct ribbons of cards at will. He can activate Two Pair or Full House with the affect of summoning versions of his previous forms, and while using Two Pair a fifth form will appear in his current state.

In addition to his augmented attacks the Final Stage also offers a few new techniques:

Royal Flush: Creates Five copies of Loki Each with a symbol on the shoulder portion of the arm guard that is either a 10, J, Q, K, or A and a dark red heart on the opposite shoulder, each with its own blade. The power of each goes in a random order though generally the "K" is the strongest (and the true version) since Loki is most fond of the King. These forms can fight independently, even against five different enemies, using any of the techniques Saga has.

High Card: This is considered one of Loki's ultimate Bankai technique, and is only usable from the Royal Flush technique. Once activated, the lesser versions combine with the primary form and his power increases as if five fully powered versions of him were combined. This technique causes an immense deep red aura to emit from his body and sword forming large wings (the spiritual pressure begins to cause damage to physical structures and almost suffocates weaker shinigami. This is considered his Bankai's Truest Form and is only seen when he is faced with truly extraordinary opponents.

Double or Nothing: This is Loki's true ultimate technique, and is only usable when High Card is activated because of all the power that is needed to use it. Once activated Loki will create a ball off pure reishi and reitsu in the palm of his hand and then fire it towards the ground. As it comes in contact with the ground orb will explode with the force of ten nuclear bombs. This move will then leave Loki extremely tired if not on the brink of death so it is rarely used by him, because of the toll that it puts on his body.

INNER HOLLOW

Inner Hollow// His inner hollow look exactly like Loki excepthe is pale skinned yellow eyed and with black around the iris. The zanpaktou isblack and white, and his pants are also black with a white t-shirt. Hollow Loki is somewhat a bit similar to Loki in the sense that he is willing to do anything to achieve his goals. On the other hand where Loki knows when to stop his inner hollow doesn't and won'tstop with his brutal and relentless attacks until his opponent is dead on the floor.

Mask Abilities//
Cero Oblivion: Is a purple Cero, used only by Loki Arjan. This cero compares to the Cero Oscurus in power. It covers any exposed light into pitch darkness. The Cero Oblivion's range is vast, and its attack power is great. The Cero Oblivion is far greater than a average Cero. Loki Can only use this when he has his hollow mask on and when hes using bankai. Loki considers Cero Oblivion the vizard version of Cero Oscurus .

FLASHBACK

Background// Loki was born Into the Arjan clan in the soul society in the 12th district. When Loki was thirteen he entered the Shinagami academy and never really payed much attention in class and his teachers looked down on him for being lazy and always criticizing the teacher and being very arrogant. Begin the clan leader of his clan he he wanted to be stronger the he already was, and he eventually graduated. Loki was favored by his father and the rest of clan which left his younger brother Hiro in the shadows but that didn't stop the two brothers from growing close to each other.

After he had graduated with his class he applied to join the 9th division for a seated member position. While he waited their reply Loki went on a few missions getting stronger until his Zanpaktou spirit came to him and told him how to acheive shikai. A few months had passed and Loki was able to use his shikai with much more ease, and learned how to use Shuffle. Loki then got a reply about joining the 9th Division and was accepted to join them. 150 years passed after he had joined the 9th Division and Loki gave captain Rose a letter to give to Hiro which was that he had chosen Hiro to assist Loki on his mission to Hueco Mundo. The mission was for them to figure out what was causing the hollow’s strange behavior.

When Hiro and Loki got to Hueco Mundo they quickly grabbed the attention of all the hollows that were 2 miles away from them, and they started attack both Hiro and Loki. When they thought that they were done with done with killing the hollows in that area they were proved wrong when one Adjuchas class Hollows approached them and attacked. But the Adjuchas proved to be too powerful and left them for death as Hiro and Loki were lying on the ground something began to change about them, little did they know that it was Aizen using the Hogyouku on them, and thus they started to go through the Hollowfication the same time Rōjūrō and the others were back in the soul society. Aizen did this because he wanted Hiro and Loki them hate the SS and eventually attack them with an army of vizards to start a war in the future should his plan fail.

A few minutes later after getting up from the ground Hiro and Loki being 1/ 4th sane decided to quickly head back to the SS, they decided to go right to the 12th Division's research department to see if any one could stop it. Luckily for them Kisuke Urahara had arrived their seconds after the brothers had. Kisuke attempted to rid them and the others of their Hollowfication, the process proved unsuccessful, making them hybrids rather than turning them back into Shinigami and they were all sentenced to be exterminated as if they were hollows.

Though Rose and the others were saved by Yoruichi, Hiro and Loki along with 1/3 of their clan that were all there decided to join up with the clan in the human world and once again live united. When Loki and their clan were in the human world they had found out that the soul society had attacked them and they were all dead, because they thought that the two brothers would somehow transform their clan into the shinigami hollow hybrid. The only survivors were Hiro, Loki and everyone that had escaped the soul society that were lucky to-do so for the soul society had gone to their clan home and also tried to wipe them out.

Hiro and Loki’s parents were dead but their siblings were still alive. Loki and Hiro decided to leave the Soul Society. Since the day that the Soul Society had attacked their clan everyone in the clan grew colder towards the Gotei 13 and began hating them, and would do anything to eradicate the Gotei 13 from Soul Society.

After arriving on earth Loki was determined to have full control of his new power. He went into the basement of his Clan's new home which was just as big and vast as Urahara's basement since he was the one who made the basement on Loki’s request. Once Loki was in his basement he began his training to have some control of the power that his Hollow mask gave. At first he was able to hold it for 15 minutes which was good but he wanted to hold it for longer. He began to notice that the more he used it the longer he could maintain the mask. After a week of intense training Loki had some control of his Hollow mask, and then went on to train his brother Hiro.

After he was done training his brother, Loki and Hiro both decided to create a place where all vizards were welcome to join. Loki then sent Hiro on a mission to find more vizards while Loki had other plans to attend to. While Hiro was busy Loki went out and about the human world to find a Human who could bear him a son. While on his search he found a woman by the name of Mikiko Anagi who was from part of an exorcist clan. Eventually the woman fell deeply in love with Loki while he could of had cared less for her feelings as he wanted her to bear his child. Eventually Loki married Mikiko and showed her affection so that she would not doubt Loki. Once he found out that she was pregnant Loki traveled between the Vizard Corps and wife to make sure she was alright and the baby. As his son was born Loki left Mikiko instructions on how to raise their child while also explaining that he could not be around them any longer, but before he left he stopped by Urahara and asked him to craft a special eye patch that would render his spiritual pressure almost invisible to anyone who could sense reiatsu wanting to keep those away from him until he decided to show himself to them.

It was a cool summers night in downtown New York, a young man with spiky orange hair stood on top of a skyscraper in this bustling metropolis seeing if there would be anything interesting. He looked down from the Skyscraper seeing the people walking along the streets, kids riding on their skate boards and hearing the engines of the cars cars driving by. This was yet another boring night in the life of the young man. Loki looked up into the sky as it reminded him of the night that his mother and father were murdered. He felt a little bit sad since it had been 100 years that she and his father were murdered. He shook his head snaping out of the daze and the thoughts of his family. Soon after doing that a plane over head flew over Loki. He looked at the plane and wanted to blow it up but decided not to since he really didn't want to waste energy on something like that. Loki went on to say outloud to himself as there was no one else near him.

"Well guess it is time that I went down there with those normal boring people, and see if I can find something fun to do."

With that said Loki jumped off the skyscraper and landed on the ground. As soon as he landed he began to walk around. While walking Loki looked at the neon signs read the names seeing if there was a place that interested him. He kept walking which felt like ages for him as he was easily bored out of his mind. Until he stopped dead in his tracks and infront of him was a sign that said in bright cyan letters 'All you can eat Ice Cream.' Loki thought he was in heaven to have found such a shop with all you can eat ice cream. Tonight Loki would be a happy man.

Loki then proceeded to walk into the all you can eat ice cream shop and ate there until it closed. Before he left he bought himself the biggest Vanilla Ice Cream Sundae and proceeded to head east towards the same skyscraper. While walking he felt a little bit disappointed that he hadn't found some hot piece of ass to take home but he figured 'Oh well at least I ate ice cream.' About an hour later Loki arrived at the skyscraper while still eating his ice cream and decided not to go all the way up to the top but rather sit on the nice little bench that was on the next block over, and proceeded to head over there. Once he arrived at the bench he sat down and tilted his head up to look at all the colors that was in the night sky and hoped that something interesting would happen soon.
